IT Engineer

Overview

IT Engineer responsible for day-to-day employee IT operations, securing endpoints, and supporting internal users and business applications.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day IT operations across endpoints, identity/access, business applications, networking, and office technology.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, configuration, deployment, and access provisioning.
• Provide hands-on support for macOS and Windows and troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Manage and secure corporate endpoints using MDM/security platforms such as Jamf and CrowdStrike.
• Manage software deployment, security updates, patching, device compliance, and endpoint configuration.
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related infrastructure.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with MDM/device management tools such as Jamf.
• Troubleshooting skills across endpoints, hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and IP addressing.
• Experience with identity and access management, SSO, and SaaS administration (e.g., Google Workspace or Okta).

Nice to have

• IT security and compliance experience including SOC 2.
• Familiarity with scripting for automating IT tasks using Bash, Python, or similar.
