Overview

IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst responsible for maintaining, monitoring, securing, and improving IT infrastructure and services.

What you'll do

• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and maintain networks.
• Monitor system performance and report issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and inventory records.
• Execute and verify backup and recovery procedures.
• Perform security monitoring and routine server maintenance.
• Provide technical support and contribute to team projects.

What you'll need

• 3.5–5.5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Intermediate technical support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hardware setup and configuration.
• Experience deploying and configuring software applications.
• Network troubleshooting and system monitoring skills.
• Backup, recovery, security monitoring, documentation, and reporting skills.
