IT Quality Senior Manager - Vice President

Overview

Senior Manager (Vice President) for IT Quality focused on automation quality engineering for enterprise apps using Java, React, and Oracle.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage IT Quality team(s) and mentor automation QA engineers.
• Architect, build, and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and security testing.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and database testing.
• Develop automated performance, load, and security tests for Java services and React UIs.
• Implement synthetic test data generation and management strategies for Oracle and React UI testing.
• Set up reporting mechanisms for test execution results, defect trends, and quality metrics.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Proficiency in Java for writing automation scripts and building custom frameworks.
• Deep expertise in UI test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium.
• Experience with API testing frameworks such as RestAssured and/or Karate DSL.
• Ability to implement BDD frameworks with hands-on Cucumber for features and scenarios.
• Mandatory experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong SQL skills with specific experience testing Oracle databases.
