IT Quality Specialist - RDT Engineering Excellence & Experience

Overview

IT Quality Specialist for the Test Execution and Automation (TEA) team, responsible for validating and continuously monitoring compliance of test automation tools and frameworks.

What you'll do

• Orchestrate initial validation and continuous qualification of core TEA platforms.
• Lead qualification efforts to ensure test automation solutions meet CSV standards for GxP-relevant scenarios.
• Define and manage quality requirements to provide expert input to solution designs.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of the TEA ecosystem to maintain compliance during upgrades.
• Identify technical risks and evaluate deficiencies during development of Test Automation POCs.
• Facilitate internal training on tool capabilities and how solutions fit project roadmaps.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in relevant IT environments.
• Proven track record working in GxP-relevant environments and understanding Computer System Validation (CSV) standards.
• Practical experience with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Skills in identifying root causes and defining problem scopes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex global environments.
