Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining electromechanical/utilities services at the site with a technician team and ensuring safe, compliant facility operations.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site.
• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Conduct site inspections to identify risk/defect areas.
• Review subordinate staff work and provide guidance.
• Track and follow up asset documentation during defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs and keep performance indicator scores above excellence.
• Ensure work permits are in place and safe working practices/procedures are followed.

What you'll need

• Ability to manage planned preventive maintenance (PPM).
• Ability to conduct regular inspections for risks/defects.
• Ability to review subordinate staff work and provide guidance.
• Ability to maintain documentation in trackers for defect liability period and AMC/CAMC.
• Ability to monitor SLAs/KPIs for service delivery.
• Ability to support risk assessment and root cause analysis for system failures/breakdowns.
