Overview
Design, develop, and manage data integration and pipelines between ServiceMax, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems for field service management and reporting.
What you'll do
- Design data flows between ServiceMax, Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Build data pipelines for real-time and batch processing for reporting and analytics.
- Optimize and scale data workflows for large volumes while ensuring performance and data accuracy.
- Design and implement ServiceMax data architecture for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Manage data integration by cleansing, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Develop DB scripts for Salesforce/ServiceMax data migration activities.
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data activities focused on Salesforce and/or ServiceMax.
- Strong data integration tool experience (e.g., Informatica, DM Amp, Snowflake; BI tools).
- Strong SQL experience and work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
- Knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, and validation processes.
- Develop and support Salesforce/ServiceMax data migration with required DB scripts.
Nice to have
- Understanding of ServiceMax modules and how they integrate with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with field service management KPIs and operational reporting needs.
- Experience with advanced data processing technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or machine learning integration.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Any certification related to MySQL/Oracle or Salesforce/ServiceMax Certified Administrator.
