Overview
IT Developer (ServiceNow Developer) responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, or modify custom ServiceNow applications, scripts, widgets, and services.
- Analyze existing and new functionality for potential implementation, enhancement, or removal.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including integrations with third-party software.
- Build portal and mobile-friendly web components using HTML, CSS, and scripting.
- Configure ServiceNow features such as workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and data imports.
- Conduct testing, identify and fix bugs, and maintain system design documentation.
- Manage update sets/source control and support release/change management.
What you'll need
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Baccalaureate degree (or foreign degree meeting specified requirements).
- Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX, plus web application development and ServiceNow platform experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow installations for CSM, HR Pro, Now Assist, or Employee Center Pro.
Nice to have
- Experience developing and supporting custom Service Portal widgets and pages with complex CSS/user interfaces.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI Search configuration and optimization.
- Experience with NowAssist configuration and optimization.
- Experience building and supporting custom Configurable Workspaces.
- Experience designing and building Flow Designer flows.
- Experience designing and implementing custom REST integrations.
- Experience configuring OAuth authentication and Single Sign-on.
