Senior IT Developer

Overview

Senior IT Developer role as the Salesforce Technical Lead supporting Global Commercial Office (GCO) Sales Enablement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and stabilize scalable Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Evaluate and modify programs for internal areas such as finance, human resources, and marketing.
• Analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems.
• Create system design documentation, code, and test/debug programs.
• Build integration and functional business bolt-on programs.
• Develop conversion and system implementation plans and train users on enhancements.
• Provide patch and software upgrades and address program errors.

What you'll need

• 7 years of overall IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform experience including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Experience in large-scale, global CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
