Specialist, Infrastructure Engineering based in Hyderabad, focused on maintaining and evolving IT automation portal design and code integrity, with support for integrating IT solutions with automation platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end design, procurement, installation, upgrading, operations, and maintenance of specific technology services.
• Create new system designs using standard approaches and established design patterns.
• Perform and improve system software development and maintenance to automate routine system administration tasks.
• Maintain and evolve an Automation Reference Architecture with IT Automation and platform architects.
• Assist other engineers/developers in using open protocols and platform APIs for automation platform integration.
• Participate in product planning, execution, and delivery aligned with product goals.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any technology stream.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience.
• 5 years and above of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge/subject matter expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
• Previous experience with ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Jelly, web services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow Flow Designer and development of workflows and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery & practice.
