Infrastructure Engineer

Overview

Infrastructure Engineer based in Hyderabad to support, implement, and maintain the corporate IT environment, including user support and backend systems.

What you'll do

• Implement and support technologies for the corporate IT environment.
• Manage assets and support employees within the local India offices.
• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix VDI solutions for performance and stability.
• Liaise with stakeholders to communicate issues and solutions.
• Document issues and maintain a working knowledge base to support knowledge transfer.
• Ensure scalability, high availability, security, and reliability for internal and client systems.
• Participate in weekend on-call coverage rotation and handle assigned special projects.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of working experience as an Infrastructure engineer managing corporate technology stack technologies.
• 3+ years’ experience architecting and managing Citrix solutions with Virtual Desktops and NetScaler VPN.
• 2+ years of user desktop support experience.
• Experience with desktop/server virtualization, VPN solutions, Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Linux administration.
• Excellent communication and writing/documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team and multi-task across changing priorities.
• Professionalism to support a 24/7 production environment.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Work mode: Hybrid (3 days in office - 2 days WFH).
• Travel: may be required from time to time, not expected to be regular or frequent.
