IT ServiceMax Data Developer

Overview

IT ServiceMax Data Developer responsible for designing and managing data integration and development processes between ServiceMax, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of data flows between ServiceMax, Salesforce, ERP, and other applications.
• Build data pipelines for real-time and batch processing for reporting and analytics.
• Optimize and scale data workflows for large volumes of field service data while maintaining performance and data accuracy.
• Design and implement ServiceMax data architecture to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Manage data integration by cleansing, transforming, and correctly loading data into the system.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in data activities focused on Salesforce and/or the ServiceMax platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, DM Amp, Snowflake) and APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL and working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
• Strong knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, and validation processes.
