IT Support Analyst

Overview

IT Support Analyst providing first- and second-level support for Bradken’s ERP system and related business applications, ensuring reliability, security, and smooth business processes.

What you'll do

• Provide first and second-level support for ERP applications, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Administer ERP user access, security settings, and approved configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide users, and support training to improve ERP adoption.
• Assist with ERP testing, upgrades, patching, and business change activities to minimize disruption.
• Monitor ERP jobs, interfaces, and scheduled processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop support documentation and knowledge articles and improve ERP usability and support practices.

What you'll need

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years’ experience supporting enterprise business applications, preferably an ERP platform such as Epicor.
• Experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application incidents and service requests in production support.
• Experience administering ERP user access, security settings, and system configuration changes.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, support procedures, or knowledge articles.

• Based in Coimbatore; relocation to Coimbatore is allowed at the applicant’s own expense.
