IT Support Engineer III

Overview

IT Support Engineer III provides in-person support for the Bengaluru office and executes India time-zone IT delivery across end user computing, infrastructure, endpoints, identity, and core enterprise services.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person IT support for urgent break/fix, hardware swaps, imaging, and conference room/AV troubleshooting.
• Own local time-zone execution for incidents, requests, and changes, coordinating escalations with global teams.
• Operate and improve a hybrid environment spanning AWS, Microsoft 365, and on-prem/VDC services.
• Administer and troubleshoot identity, access, endpoint connectivity, network services, and collaboration platforms.
• Drive endpoint deployment and configuration using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (including Autopilot, compliance policies, and baselines).
• Run ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem) and improve reliability via post-incident reviews and runbooks.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, endpoint engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a production enterprise environment.
• Experience managing endpoints at scale using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager (Autopilot, compliance, configuration, patching workflows).
• Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting depth across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP concepts.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across endpoint, identity, network, and service layers.
• Experience working within incident/change/problem management and producing documentation/runbooks.
• Comfort working across distributed global teams with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
