IT Support Specialist

Overview

IT Support Specialist (IT Helpdesk Support) providing technical support to employees across regions and time zones.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support to employees locally and across different regions and time zones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related technical issues.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT support team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on software and hardware systems.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
• Assist with setup and configuration of new hardware and software systems.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support and helpdesk operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
• Knowledge of Office365 and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Azure and other IT systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
