IT Systems Administrator

Overview

Epic Kids is hiring a fully remote IT Systems Administrator for its day-to-day IT operations. The role covers identity and access, endpoint and business application management, network infrastructure, and employee IT support with ongoing audit and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Administer corporate identity and access across Google Workspace and core business applications.
• Manage the identity stack including single sign-on, lifecycle automation, and identity tooling.
• Own the user lifecycle end to end, including provisioning and timely deprovisioning.
• Run periodic user access reviews and drive remediation to closure.
• Enforce authentication and device standards such as multi-factor enrollment, encryption, and patching.
• Manage device provisioning via MDM enrollment and laptop setup.
• Maintain backup and recovery capabilities aligned to defined RPOs and RTOs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in IT administration or IT operations with hands-on identity, endpoint, network, and business-application administration.
• Experience supporting a formal compliance program (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar).
• Working knowledge of identity and access management including SSO, multi-factor authentication, privileged access, and user lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, networking, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or a comparable productivity and identity suite.
• Experience managing business network technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs.
• Clear communication and documentation supporting technical and non-technical employees.
