Java Developer - Manager

Overview

Java Developer - Manager to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React in an agile environment.

What you'll do

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with back-end services.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with standards.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
