Java Full Stack Lead Developer - Vice President

Overview

Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior role that leads application systems analysis and programming, coordinating with the technology team to deliver new or revised application systems.

What you'll do

• Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and meet goals.
• Identify and define system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and manage/report control issues with transparency.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject matter expertise (SME) in at least one applications development area.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Java, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Spring.
• Experience with Spring Boot microservices via REST/JSON.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and Couchbase.
• Experience with Docker, Kafka, GitHub Copilot, CodeBuddy, and JIRA.
• Experience with test-driven development and JUnit/NUnit.
