What you'll do

• Lead software application design and development.
• Implement applications supporting business initiatives.
• Gather requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Code, test, and debug applications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar languages.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of equivalent education, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry.
