Job Profile Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

Overview

Associate Analyst for Analytics & Metrics in Mastercard Services. You’ll design process/financial controls, run revenue assurance checks, and generate operational performance reporting.

What you'll do

• Design financial and process controls across quote-to-cash lifecycle processes for revenue optimization and compliance.
• Perform ongoing checks on sales opportunities, contracts, and projects for revenue assurance.
• Collaborate with Sales, finance, and compliance teams to mitigate identified risks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and policies.
• Generate and analyze operational performance reports for management review.
• Evaluate and revise operations and procedures in response to organizational change.
• Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.

What you'll need

• Up to 3 years of prior experience in financial controls and revenue assurance roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle urgent requests, and deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills, including listening, building common ground, and influencing others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Flexibility to work with global offices across several time zones.
• Appropriate educational qualifications: Chartered Accountant or MBA.
