Junior Critical Harms Investigations & Incident Management Specialist

Overview

Investigate and manage critical, high-severity safety incidents, coordinating rapid responses and communicating findings to company leaders and cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Investigate and triage critical incidents involving child safety threats, violent extremism, and other severe harms.
• Use internal tools, data analysis, and OSINT techniques to gather evidence and determine root causes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during urgent incident responses.
• Draft and deliver real-time updates to leadership on incident status, impact, and mitigation.
• Document investigations thoroughly and accurately.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and protocols.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews to identify process, policy, or technology improvements.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in investigations, incident management, or social-platform policy enforcement.
• Experience managing sensitive, complex investigations under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using data analysis, internal dashboards, and investigation tools.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with online safety issues and high-severity risk content.

Details

• Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
• Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence Monday and Friday for office-based roles.
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required.
