Overview

Junior Developer role supporting a Managed Services Client Service Desk team, handling administrative tasks for service operations.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Handle entry-level administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure the correct escalation procedure is followed for critical calls and requests.
• Receive, validate, and log client requests, capturing request details.
• Assist with analyzing and interpreting escalation requests for correct categorization and prioritization.
• Maintain relevant ticket/request documents and client information.

What you'll need

• Be an ambitious self-starter able to work under general direction.
• Use sound judgment to escalate issues to a higher level.
• Work methodically to resolve tickets.
• Interact with a variety of stakeholders.
• Use strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have high school certification or a diploma or equivalent.
