Project Coordinator II

Overview

Project Coordinator II plans and coordinates internal projects from initiation to delivery, including network, server, or software implementation and upgrades.

What you'll do

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provide weekly project updates with action item updates.
• Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor the ticketing system daily, reassigning tickets where required.

What you'll need

• 2-year college/technical school Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems.
• Understanding of or previous experience in a technology-driven environment.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Role requires both office and remote commitments and occasional work hours adjustment.
