Junior Engineer / Engineer - Service

Overview

Accountable for service operations, customer satisfaction, and service repairs sales, alongside leading and coordinating maintenance technicians to meet service contract requirements and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication.
• Maintain accountability for equipment safety and performance.
• Drive service repairs sales and manage service lead volume, quality, and processing.
• Resolve customer service quality complaints and related invoicing complaints.
• Deliver service contract requirements within time limits, quality standards, and local regulations.
• Plan maintenance schedules, optimize routing, and complete planned maintenance visits on time.
• Lead technician performance management, including capacity needs, hiring support, and tools/vans/phone/PDA/instruments authorization and management.

What you'll need

• Manage third-party inspections visits and follow-up actions.
• Validate service contract technical terms with the salesperson.
• Support maintenance of foreign equipment coming into the LIS base.
• Investigate accidents and follow evidence custody and internal reporting policy.
