Specialist, Application Development (Azure Cloud and Integration Engineering)/Python/integration/ API development/React & Typescript

Overview

Specialist role focused on building and supporting Azure-hosted application services, including Python APIs and secure enterprise integrations for the S2C active platform.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and deploy Python APIs and backend services.
• Integrate securely with Oracle Fusion and iCertis interfaces.
• Develop and optimize relational data structures and queries for lineage and reconciliation use cases.
• Support authentication and authorization flows using Entra ID.
• Contribute to observability and incident troubleshooting for production stability.
• Create technical documentation across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile delivery practices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on cloud development experience in Azure (preferred).
• Strong Python and API development experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals (PostgreSQL or Azure SQL).
• REST API design, development, and integration experience.
• Azure application hosting fundamentals (App Service, Container Apps, or Functions).
• Security basics including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
