Overview

Developer - Application Development role focused on building and managing APIs using Apigee and Google Cloud.

What you'll do

• Develop API proxies on Apigee Edge and Apigee X.
• Implement and manage the Apigee Developer Portal.
• Create APIs using OpenAPI specifications.
• Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID Connect, and encryption/decryption.
• Work with API products, API key rotation, and consumer apps.
• Use JavaScript and Java for Apigee API proxy development.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Apigee API Management, including Apigee X on Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of GCP projects, GCP IAM configurations, GCP APIs, and Cloud Console.
• Understanding of Agile development and DevOp (as stated: DevOp).
• English proficiency: Proficient (C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
