Junior Engineer - Engineering Change Management

Overview

Junior Engineer in Engineering Change Management, supporting engineering change orders and document control for manufacturing and customer programs in Pune.

What you'll do

• Create, implement and finalize engineering change orders (ECOs) and make the related system changes.
• Perform file maintenance of BOMs, parts drawings, ECOs, process alerts and other customer documents.
• Coordinate ECO status with customers and implement cost changes and effective dates.
• Ensure projects comply with document control policies and procedures.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness of documentation, including logs, reports and distribution.
• Manage and track product configuration and manufacturing/customer requirements.
• Act as the interface between program manager, engineering, manufacturing and materials to ensure appropriate changes are documented.

What you'll need

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the EMS industry.
• B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering, EEE or Electronics.
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Sound knowledge of technical subjects.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Very good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Good attitude.
