Junior Engineer II, Process quality

Overview

Junior Engineer II, Process Quality (PQE) responsible for consistent quality of speaker manufacturing processes using process control, analysis, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Ensure consistent quality of speaker manufacturing processes using robust process control.
• Develop and implement process control plans and PFMEAs for speaker assembly and testing.
• Monitor key process parameters and quality metrics against internal and customer specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare product, layout, and dock audits as per plan.
• Conduct process audits, layered process audits (LPA), and product audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain QMS documentation and conduct customer audits; maintain documentation per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Electronics, or Speaker Manufacturing field.
• 3+ years of experience in process quality or manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of quality tools including 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Experience with speaker assembly processes (e.g., diaphragm bonding, magnet assembly, acoustic testing) is preferred.
• Familiarity with measurement systems such as sound analyzers, impedance testers, and visual inspection systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Handling of Profile Projectors, and Universal testing machines.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Work mode: Hybrid; most office-based roles onsite three days a week.
