Junior Engineer (REMAN)

Overview

Junior Engineer (REMAN) responsible for machining/assembly and related tasks with accuracy and responsibility, often without close supervision.

What you'll do

• Perform machining operations on standard work within close tolerance and finish specifications.
• Set up, adjust, and operate standard and special machine tools.
• Perform duties involving measuring equipment, reading drawings, and working with blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret safety rules and work orders applicable to the job.
• Use shop math calculations to support work tasks.
• Work in shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in machining or assembling/dismantling components.
• Ability to use measuring equipment and read drawings.
• Diploma in Mechanical engineering, Production, or equivalent.
• Ability to perform shop math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• High level interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to meet production demands.
