Junior Finance Associate

Overview

Junior Finance Associate position based in Gurugram, focused on accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, audits support, and MIS reporting in a broking environment.

What you'll do

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of trial balances.
• Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor fund flows.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS workings, and other tax compliances.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense trackers.

What you'll need

• Be a Graduate or CA Inter-qualified (Semi-Qualified CA).
• Have prior experience in a CA firm.
• Have hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Know TDS, GST, and statutory/compliance filings.
• Have exposure to accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to work in a deadline-driven team environment.
