Job description

Overview

You will develop, code, configure, test, debug, maintain, enhance, and install software for business projects, with a focus on HR & Payroll applications.

What you'll do

Implement and support the company’s HR & Payroll application system.
Participate in system design and write and implement efficient code.
Conduct and facilitate UAT and augment test scenarios.
Maintain and upgrade existing systems and provide ongoing operational support.
Manage Workday system configuration and integration for HR modules.
Collaborate with HR subject matter experts on system design, user experience, and process design.

What you'll need

Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, and/or equivalent.
Have 1-2 years of recent experience in user requirement analysis and software development.
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Have strong technical knowledge of .NET-based framework with MVC architectures.
Have hands-on experience with technologies including ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API, and MS SQL.
Have knowledge of Workday system configuration and integration in recruiting/compensation/performance/talent modules.
