Junior Manager -Rewards Operation

Overview

Junior Manager – Global Reward Operations (Rewards Operation) responsible for leading operational delivery, process governance, Tier 2 support, customer engagement, and continuous improvement for global reward and recognition operations.

What you'll do

• Enable accurate data and logistical processes for the Annual Reward Cycle, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives reporting.
• Run daily reward operations and handle known and unknown annual reward corrections in Workday, including statement corrections.
• Partner with stakeholders (HR BPs, Reward teams, Executive Reward, and Technology/HR operations) to address data quality barriers.
• Manage controls and compliance for relevant data/process handling, including GDPR-related requirements.
• Support mass uploads by reviewing mass upload data and engaging with the Tech CoE.
• Provide Tier 2 support and report correction statuses to GRO and Reward stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Good understanding of HR process and data guidelines.
• Strong analytical/numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience extracting/manipulating data from different sources and reconciling it.
• Data and process mapping skills/experience.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and customer management skills.
