Junior Payroll Analyst - EMEA

Overview

Handle payroll accounting activities for the EMEA region, partnering with HR and accounts payable to manage payroll queries, ledgers, accruals, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

What you'll do

• Handle payroll activities for EMEA regions.
• Liaise with HR on required payroll updates.
• Coordinate with accounts payable on payroll-related invoices.
• Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries.
• Manage payroll ledgers and accruals in the accounting system.
• Complete monthly payroll reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll audit requirements.

What you'll need

• Hold a Bachelor of Commerce or Accountancy degree.
• Have an inclination toward payroll accounting for India, the USA, or European countries.
• Have an inclination toward compensation, statutory benefits, and taxes.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work independently, show initiative, and collaborate as a team player.
• Prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Use Excel, Outlook, and accounting systems confidently.

Nice to have

• M.Com or MBA-HR qualification.
• Experience or inclination toward a major audit firm or multinational organization.
