Senior Manager - Banking

Overview

Senior Manager - Banking responsible for operational banking service/product quality, framework-based problem solving, and expert ownership/oversight of Group operational banking processes with regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Provide quality service or product to customers and stakeholders using relevant practical experience or training.
• Solve a range of problems within established frameworks and procedures, with discretion on approach.
• Develop and share expert knowledge of M&G Group operational banking and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own and oversee investor dealing models in place for OEIC and SICAV funds.
• Facilitate improvements and developments to support continuous change, improving efficiency and controls while reducing risk.
• Ensure adherence to CASS rules across team activities.

What you'll need

• Significant practical experience or training related to the role’s service/product responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret established frameworks and procedures to solve problems.
• Expertise to ensure regulatory compliance in operational banking and processes.
• Experience managing risks and issues, including identification, assessment, monitoring, and management.
