Senior Technology Lead - VP

Overview

Senior Technology Lead for regulatory advisories, mandate adherence, inspections, and audits, coordinating with Technology teams to assess regulatory impact and ensure timely submissions.

What you'll do

• Coordinate day-to-day resource, schedule, and deliverable management for assigned projects.
• Manage stakeholders for project deliverables and ensure clear communication of expectations.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks and control gaps within the project scope.
• Document technology issues, control gaps, and risk events in the Risks and Controls System.
• Project manage key technology deliverables and ensure remediation progress, funding, and prioritization.
• Maintain an inventory of technology regulatory obligations and stakeholder mappings.
• Use automation (including AI) to streamline regulatory and audit workflows.

What you'll need

• Strong technology background to interpret and challenge technology asks in audits and regulatory queries.
• Experience evaluating solution options for automation to close control gaps.
• Financial services domain understanding, especially Investment Banking.
• Technology Risk & Controls exposure and familiarity with technology governance frameworks.
• Experience representing or coordinating technology in regulatory inspections and audits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholder management experience.
• Academic qualification: B.Tech or MCA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Corporate Bank Technology Controls.
• Exposure to RBI CSITE inspections/examinations.
• Understanding of current regulations impacting technology in financial services.
