Associate KAM for Oil & Gas field sales in Mumbai, focused on distribution and merchant education to drive sales.

What you'll do

• Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve business and company sales goals.
• Create and manage sales processes and identify improvements.
• Visit merchants to educate them about Swipe/EDC machine benefits and convert them.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Define sales force structure and coordinate sales training programs.
• Hire and build a team to support business needs and future projects.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or EDC sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of the local language.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to aggressively manage execution of a sales strategy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
