Overview

KAM: Associate (Oil & Gas) is a field sales role in Hyderabad, focused on distribution and merchant education for Swipe machine (EDC) adoption and account management.

What you'll do

• Develop plans and strategies to grow business and achieve sales goals.
• Educate merchants on the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), convert them, and manage their accounts.
• Define sales processes to drive desired outcomes and identify improvements.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales training programs for staff to meet sales objectives.
• Aggressively execute a sales strategy independently and with a team.

What you'll need

• 1+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking/sales, or EDC sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of the local language.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
