Key Account Executive - Bangalore

Overview

Key Account Executive responsible for Modern Trade key accounts in the assigned territory, covering sales offtake, in-store execution and management of 3P promoter resources.

What you'll do

• Drive offtake from Modern Trade accounts in the respective territories.
• Interact regularly with store and department managers to ensure listing and linking support, availability and visibility support.
• Enable and execute activations planned for the stores.
• Visit accounts in their regions to support in-store executions and PO generation.
• Execute in-store availability and visibility at store level.
• Manage 3P resources placed in territories and stores, following up regularly with them.
• Provide regular on-the-job training to supervisors and promoters.
• Monitor performance of 3P resources and provide regular feedback to improve promoter and supervisor performance.
• Interact and cooperate regularly with internal teams to ensure flow of information.
• Track competition in Modern Trade.
• Handle priority stores to begin with, and also visit stores of other formats.
• Coordinate with the internal MT team and liaise with the 3P team.

What you'll need

• Post graduate.
• 5 years of experience in top FMCG companies in an MT sales role.
• Good communication skills.
• Team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling MT distributors.
• Knowledge of the local language is essential.
