Key Account Manager

About the role

We’re hiring a Key Account Manager for Prozent, our AI-powered business automation platform for SMBs and MSMEs. In this role, you’ll own customer relationships, help clients get real value from the product, and uncover new automation opportunities that support renewals and expansion.

What you'll do

• Build New and Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner for SaaS clients
• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective automation use cases
• Drive product adoption, handle follow-ups, and support renewal conversations with existing customers
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by spotting new workflow and process needs
• Work closely with business owners, CXOs, department heads, and operational teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in customer-facing conversations
• Hands-on experience managing customer accounts and juggling multiple priorities at once
• Good negotiation and presentation skills, along with comfort using CRM tools

Nice to have

• Experience with WhatsApp Business, AI tools, or marketing automation
• Exposure to ERP systems, customer support software, or API/integration concepts
