L1 Security Engineer

Overview

Provide Level 1 security and technical support for IAM/PAM tools, including CyberArk and PAM360, while resolving customer and internal business issues.

What you'll do

• Resolve hardware and software issues from customer, end-user, and notification contacts.
• Answer product, technical, service, repair, and customer-relations questions.
• Perform tool upgrades, troubleshooting, health checks, and proactive monitoring.
• Document case resolutions in the knowledge management system.
• Resolve complex business and escalated customer issues.
• Lead or support team and project resolution activities.
• Represent the company at customer visits, conferences, and vendor meetings.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant technologies and customer environments.
• Vocational apprenticeship or certification, associate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of IAM/PAM tools such as CyberArk and PAM360.
• Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of computing, storage, and peripheral hardware and software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers and in shifts.

Details

• Hybrid role requiring an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
