Langfuse - Senior Product Engineer

Overview

Senior Product Engineer at Langfuse, delivering new product features end-to-end—from user problem understanding to shipping code and documentation.

What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end, including user discussions, spec writing, shipping code/docs, and writing changelog posts.
• Work across the full stack, including React frontend and Next.js backend.
• Build with ClickHouse analytics and use Python/TypeScript SDKs for product functionality.
• Engage with users via calls and community channels, and route support requests.
• Write public documentation for the features you own.
• Ship features publicly during “Launch Weeks,” releasing new features daily.

What you'll need

• Experience building and shipping user-facing products end-to-end.
• Ideally TypeScript/React experience with exposure to data-intensive backends.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Care about API design, UI details, and clear documentation.
• Interest in open source and enthusiasm for talking with developers about their problems.
• Comfort thriving in a small, accountable team with visible, impactful output.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or complex data visualizations.
• Founder or early startup experience.
• Contributions to popular open source projects.
• ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem.
