Overview

Lead Applied Value Engineer for Healthcare & Lifesciences, working with strategic customers to prototype and deliver Celonis solutions tied to measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects.
• Build Celonis business cases and demos for customer use cases.
• Run value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Facilitate business value workshops and derive improvement measures for core business functions.
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
• Prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to senior internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value via business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
