Lead Value Engineer

Overview

Lead Value Engineer helping customers achieve strategic goals and realize value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform across the full customer value journey.

What you'll do

• Translate customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value project plans.
• Build Celonis business cases and demos for targeted use cases.
• Run value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities.
• Present value results and realized business impact to senior management and C-level executives.
• Own the end-to-end value journey: landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

What you'll need

• Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis and process improvement.
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP).
• Experience in implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
• Project management experience planning and managing scopes, expectations, and timelines.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
