Value Engineer-Scale-NAM

Overview

Value Engineer responsible for the end-to-end value journey for customers, working with the Sales team to translate priorities into Celonis use cases and drive measurable impact.

What you'll do

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
• Support customers and partners in building business cases to retain and scale customers and drive ARR growth.
• Orchestrate value assessments and communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
• Guide customers on how to use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Drive improvement measures and change initiatives across core functions and enterprise-wide.
• Drive customer expansion, adoption, and renewals as part of the customer value journey.
• Develop strategic Celonis roadmaps and gather feedback to improve the platform and Apps.

What you'll need

• Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis and business process improvement.
• Knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards and apps.
• Experience with Python and/or SQL.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams.
• Experience identifying use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures, including change management and user training.
• Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines and managing multiple projects.
• Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management in English.
