Lead Business Analyst 4D

Overview

Lead Business Analyst for simplifying complex IT systems solutions and driving process capture and process improvement through pragmatic decision-making.

What you'll do

• Analyze and capture requirements, then document and relay them to Technology teams.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits between as-is and to-be solutions and outline business impact.
• Create concepts, functional designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and business process documents.
• Support implementation, training, and testing of solutions.
• Support business transition and change establishment.
• Build relationships with customers across ground level and mid-management with program support.

What you'll need

• Experience in one or more domain areas (Banking, F&A, supply chain, etc.).
• Experience in operational excellence related projects.
• Experience writing functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects.
• Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis in agile projects.
• Experience in complicated software projects.
• Digital know-how using Genpact digital tools.
• English language proficiency required (Proficient - C2).
