Overview
Lead SAP MM / Source-to-Pay (S2P) process integration, solution delivery, and continuous improvement for global supply chain and procurement processes. Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional experts, technical teams, and global stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead and support SAP MM and Source-to-Pay process integration, solution design, implementation, enhancements, and production support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable SAP solutions.
- Analyze and resolve complex SAP incidents, defects, and business process issues.
- Support and lead SAP configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Drive process improvements, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Source-to-Pay landscape.
- Support integration of SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, and other SAP modules and boundary systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on developments, interfaces, integrations, testing, and defect resolution.
- Provide functional guidance to business and project teams throughout the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, and solution documentation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage SAP best practices, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
- Work with global teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / Source-to-Pay (S2P).
- Strong experience in SAP production support, implementations, enhancements, and/or rollouts.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay business processes and SAP MM functionality.
- Experience analyzing and resolving SAP incidents, defects, and business process issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, and other SAP modules or boundary systems.
- Experience in SAP Inventory Management.
- Experience leading or supporting UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Experience working in global SAP transformation or rollout programs.
- Exposure to process automation, digital solutions, and SAP best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
- Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Details
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Hybrid role; employees work regularly both onsite and offsite, with the onsite ratio determined in partnership with the leader.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
- Background check and drug screen required for external new hires in India; drug screening is performed only for Operations positions.
