Lead, Business Intelligence & Analytics - PowerBI

Overview

Lead, Business Intelligence & Analytics (Power BI) to oversee end-to-end enterprise reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives and reporting needs into dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service analytics.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build Power BI semantic/data models and create advanced DAX measures and KPIs.
• Develop and support ETL solutions using SSIS, including data integration from multiple applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and models using SSAS, including automated reporting frameworks.
• Drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps for sprint management, user stories, testing, releases, and documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading BI initiatives, projects, or technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) including sprint planning and release management.
