Overview
Manager, Enterprise Reporting & Analytics Lead who owns design, development, and modernization of an enterprise reporting and analytics layer.
What you'll do
- Own enterprise reporting standards, dashboard design, semantic-layer requirements, and analytics product delivery.
- Lead Power BI reporting development for Finance, Operations, Sales, and executive reporting.
- Translate business reporting needs into scalable data models, measures, KPIs, and analytical views.
- Partner with Data Platform & Architecture Lead to deliver dashboards on trusted, governed, reusable datasets.
- Modernize month-end reporting, variance analysis, operational dashboards, and management reporting.
- Automate and reduce spreadsheet and manual reporting through governed BI.
- Build executive-ready dashboards with focus on UX, performance, data quality, and documentation.
What you'll need
- 5–9 years of experience in BI, enterprise reporting, analytics, or finance analytics.
- Hands-on Power BI experience including DAX, semantic modeling, Power Query, visualization design, and dashboard performance optimization.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and operational reporting products.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic.
- Attention to data quality, reconciliation, documentation, and user adoption.
