Lead –Chiller Programs/ Engineering

Overview

Lead Chiller Programs/Engineering to lead design and development of water-cooled and air-cooled chiller systems for comfort and industrial segments.

What you'll do

• Lead product engineering for chillers across comfort and industrial segments.
• Own end-to-end product development and technology decisions for high-performance, compliant solutions.
• Drive product/program decisions including design, compliance, performance, and cost.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and cross-regional engineering teams.
• Lead system architecture, design validation, and performance optimization.
• Engage standards and industry bodies including AHRI, IS, and BEE for chillers.

What you'll need

• BS/Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 13–18 years of preferred experience in chillers development (Screw, Scroll, Centrifugal).
• Experience leading multiple chiller programs, planning, execution, and delivery (cost, quality, timeline).
• Knowledge of chiller system engineering and complex program/project management.
• Understanding of product positioning, market needs, cost structures, and value engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
