Principle Software Engineer (Backend) -10+ Yrs

Overview

Principal Software Engineer (Backend) responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end features for CirclesX Telco operating system, with hands-on technical leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver new end-to-end features for CirclesX Telco operating system.
• Enhance and scale existing features for millions of customers across multiple global markets.
• Work with Product and Solution Architecture teams to turn requirements into deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to staff/SSE/junior engineers on DDD and architecture standards.
• Bring performance, reliability, and scalability best practices into designs and implementations.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align with security policies, standards, and regulations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12+ years industry experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead 6–10 engineers.
• Strong backend framework/language expertise focused on Java, Spring Boot and/or Golang.
• Strong front-end framework knowledge focused on ReactJS.
• Hands-on SQL/NoSQL database experience (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
