Overview

Lead end-to-end analytics for HubSpot’s AMER Upmarket sales strategy, from problem framing through measurable business impact. Influence senior sales and executive stakeholders while setting analytical standards and mentoring analysts.

What you'll do

• Define success metrics, KPIs, and measurement strategy for AMER Upmarket initiatives.
• Frame complex business problems and drive analytical solutions through execution.
• Deliver data-driven narratives to VP+ and C-suite stakeholders.
• Model coverage, territory, capacity, and go-to-market scenarios.
• Prioritize the AMER Upmarket analytical roadmap.
• Build scalable analytical infrastructure with Analytics Engineering and BI.
• Develop AI workflows and mentor analysts on analytical best practices.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or an equivalent analytical role.
• Experience influencing VP+ and C-suite stakeholders independently.
• Expertise modeling complex scenarios and answering ambiguous strategic questions.
• Deep upmarket or enterprise GTM strategy experience.
• Expert command of Looker, Hex, Tableau, and Google Suite.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience setting analytical standards, mentoring analysts, and managing cross-functional roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Upmarket or cross-pillar GTM experience.
